Absolutely not. Many of Mia's students come in with zero firearms experience. The NRA FIRST Steps Pistol Orientation and Basics of Pistol Shooting courses are specifically designed for beginners. Mia's hands-on, supportive approach ensures you'll feel comfortable from the very first minute.

What should I bring to my first lesson?

For your first class, bring a valid photo ID, comfortable closed-toe shoes, and clothing that covers your chest (no low-cut tops on the range). Eye protection and ear protection are required. Mia will let you know if any specific equipment is needed for your chosen course.
